Onion, Mushroom, Walnut & Blue Cheese Tarte Tatin.

Chicken Ballotine Stuffed with Pork, Chestnuts, Onion and Sage.

Roast Pork Loin with Braised Cabbage, and an Apple, Bacon & Cider Jus.

Braised Beef with Wild Mushrooms & Red Wine.

Salmon, Asparagus & Prawn Risotto with a Herb Oil.

Butternut Squash & Red Bean Enchilada with Smoked Cheddar, Tomato Sauce and Green Rice.

 

All Served with Seasonal Vegetables and Potatoes.
